Who? What? Where? When? Why? and other

Ideally you should be starting your lessons no later than 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding. This is generally because the closer your wedding comes, the less time you have!! If you have left it late however, Viktoria will endeavour to arrange lessons to suit the shorter timescale, Viktoria would always recommend trying to have a last lesson a week or two before the wedding anyway!!The sooner the better!! The best way is to fill in our online enquiry form. Please give as much information as possible. Viktoria will then contact you well in advance to arrange your lessons. Don't leave it to the last minute!! Each lesson is an hour long, and if booked as a package, with about a week between lessons. However, in some cases where time is tight, lessons can be extended to 2 hours.Shorter lunchtime lessons of 40 minutes are also available. Our Standard package is for 5 lessons, but there is also an Express package of 3 lessons. The number required varies from couple to couple, song to song and routine to routine!! Seriously though, you can have as many, or as few lessons as you feel comfortable with. The choice is entirely yours!!Each lesson is £42 per couple per hour. The Standard 5 Lesson Package is just £195 or The Express 3 Lesson Package is only £120Lunchtime lessons lasting 40 minutes are also available at £30Please complete our & we will get in touch with youAn initial deposit of £42 (equal to the cost of one lesson) is due once we have confirmed the date of your first lesson. At the first lesson you should pay for your second lesson and so on. Packages should be paid for in full prior to the first lesson. At the moment we can only accept cash or cheques, but hope to extend to Paypal and debit/credit cards in the near future. The lessons are held in a couple of different studios in the East Belfast area.We encourage our couples to come to us as there is always more room at the studio, bear in mind too that the dance floor at your reception will be bigger than your living room! Please note also that home visits are by exception only and that additional travel costs will be chargeable.Lessons are held Monday to Thursday between 10am & 9pm, and between 10am & 3pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Shorter lunchtime lessons are also available at £30 for 40 minutes. Lessons can sometimes be arranged outside these times depending on Viktoria's availibility, but additional costs may be applicable. Sunday lessons are not possible. You should always be comfortable, so wear anything that doesn't restrict your movement. It would be sensible for the bride to wear shoes similar to her wedding shoes for at least one of the later lessons. Men should also wear proper shoes. Trainers are generally unsuitable. If you have any concerns about dancing in your wedding dress, you can discuss these in confidence with Viktoria tooYou can do whatever you feel comfortable with!! If you haven't seen either of these, check them out on the links below...But of course!! That’s why we're here!!! If you can walk, you can dance!! Don’t forget that this is YOUR first dance as husband & wife. we won’t teach you anything that you feel is too difficult and the routine will always be done with input from you & your fiancé so that you both feel comfortable learning & performing it!! Okay, so you might not win Strictly Come Dancing, but you will have fun and impress your friends & family on your big day, and get your evening off to a flying start, which is what it’s all about!! Hopefully you’ll also have discovered why the contestants in Strictly Come Dancing all fell in love with dancing too!!!
